In addition, the Department of Labor and Industries will be conducting an outreach communication process to those in the pump installation industry, who may be affected by the passage of “SSB 6225”—because it’s important that members remain informed of their opportunities. That’s why we’ll keep you apprised of the Department of Labor and Industries outreach process during the coming months.
Bottom Line, the rulemaking process will be completed by December 31st, 2006. Implementation of our new “Pump Installers License” will begin January 1st 2007.
